General Refund Policy:
Customers are eligible for a refund within 48 hours of purchase for any package offered by Pilot Prep upon initial subscription. We may ask for some simple feedback used for the betterment of study systems and user experience.
To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at the Intercom powered chat support found in the bottom right of your screen or by email at guarantee@pilotprep.co within the specified 48-hour window. Include your order details and the reason for the refund request in the email.
Refund will be processed to the original method of payment unless otherwise specified.
Subscription updates are non-refundable, the subscription must be canceled prior to the date of update.
MVP Tier Study Package Exam Pass Guarantee:
Pilot Prep is committed to your success. If you utilize our MVP study program subscription or Lifetime MVP study program for your certification exam and fail, you are eligible for a refund of your purchase and the additional cost of the certification exam retake for the purchased program’s official exam.
The FAA Part 107 retake fee, which is part of the MVP exam pass guarantee is $175.
For the drone business course, the only refund is within 48 hours of purchase.
Eligibility:
You must have actively and consistently used our MVP study program as your primary study resource.
Your exam confidence score within our study system must be in the green (color of confidence score inside LMS study system), indicating approximately 8,000 confidence points, before taking the certification exam. If you are on the Podia study system, you must have completed and checked off all study items.
You must notify Pilot Prep within 30 days of receiving your certification exam results if you fail the exam.
The refund does not count in the case of exams that are non-proctored and in cases where there is a one-take limit to the exam.
Claiming the Guarantee:
To claim under the Exam Pass Guarantee, contact our support team with official proof of your exam failure and evidence of your exam confidence score being in the green area of progress or having 8,000 confidence points. If you are on the Podia study system, you must have completed and checked off all study items.
You must request your refund within the 30-day period following your exam date.
The request for a refund under the Exam Pass Guarantee should be made within 30 days of receiving the exam results. Please send the relevant documentation to the support chat in the bottom right of the screen or to the email guarantee@pilotprep.co.
Important Notes:
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used during the purchase.
If payments are made through Paypal, please provide the Paypal email associated with the account, or if it is the same as the Pilot Prep account, make sure to inform the support agent.
When a refund is processed, access to any course materials associated with the purchase will be revoked.
Study package privileges are not revoked in the case of a failed exam refund.
